After a year, I'm happy to finally announce an important milestone in Bandarie's journey. Bandarie has joined Execo. This marks a major step forward in our mission to deliver vetted and trained world-class inside sales talent to growing companies.

I've known Patrick Linton, the CEO of Execo, for close to 10 years. Patrick shared his compelling vision for Execo with me two years ago. Execo's philosophy of using AI to empower people rather than replace people (“AI is what matters, people are what matters”) is perfectly consistent with our mission of using technology to expand opportunities.

From the beginning, our decision to join forces was based on two key considerations: benefits for the customer and team. Nowadays, we provide customers with many related services, such as list creation and digital marketing, that were not offered by Bandarier but are often asked about. Customers also benefit from a global infrastructure that has already helped us specialize our operations. For our team, this transition has opened the door to exciting global management positions, and we've even returned several Bandalier alumni holding key positions within the Execo Group. Finally, it's now backed by a management team and board of directors with decades of outsourcing experience.

Personally, integrating Bandalier and Execo has been a rewarding experience like no other. This enabled us to bring together the founders of like-minded service companies, including some partners who had previously collaborated at Bandarie, into one group with a common purpose. As a member of Execo's board of directors, I'll help you get through a really exciting time where team members can be empowered with next-generation tools compatible with Genai.

This merger is a testament to the power of enduring relationships and a shared vision, particularly in shaping the future of work and outsourcing services. We can't wait for everyone to take a look at some of what the team has in store. Stay tuned!
