Now that six months have passed since this important partnership, we are excited to announce a major milestone in African AI. We have officially joined the Execo family. This shows a leap forward in our efforts to create significant opportunities in Africa by leveraging our expertise in data labeling and AI-driven services.
My connection with Execo CEO Patrick Linton dates back to when I joined Rocketrip in 2016. At the time, we were early customers of his startup Bolton Remote. Witnessing Patrick's leadership in outsourcing and his vision for a new age of AI was deeply impressive, particularly in an industry that has caught up with SaaS in terms of innovation and customer centricity. Agile yet expanding in 7 countries, Execo embodies an ideal blend of agility and scale. This quality is transforming our industry.
The merger decision was driven by several key factors. By integrating into Execo's larger network, there is an opportunity to increase its influence in Kenya (because local employment will increase by integrating into Execo's larger network); the ability to bring even more value to current customers through enhanced capabilities and resources; an opportunity to strengthen team capabilities by learning from veterans of outsourcing services from mature markets such as India and the Philippines; and team members are global The possibility of gaining exposure, etc. Go to places like the Philippines where senior Kenyan team members have already traveled.
Looking back on this journey, merging with Execo was a very personal and rewarding chapter in my life. A community of visionaries and pioneers in the outsourcing industry came together. I'm currently Execo's Chief Revenue Officer, and I'm really excited to be leading the way in bringing innovative solutions to market and showing how we can bring significant value to our customers.
