Uamarane, a technology veteran and former Icertis product and GTM leader, will focus on expanding Execo's managed services offerings in key markets.

NEW YORK, December 5, 2024 — Execo, a next-generation team efficiency innovation and enhanced data competitiveness provider, today announced the appointment of Niranjan Uamarane as Chief Product Officer (CPO). This shows our continued focus on delivering best-in-class team efficiency innovations and enhanced data competitiveness built into Genai. With over 25 years of experience in product innovation and deep expertise in contract lifecycle management, Niranjan will lead the continued development of Execo's Genai embedded managed services products for the contract lifecycle management market.

As Icertis's former executive vice president of platform experiences, Niranjan played a key role in building the company's category-leading contract management business. With a deep understanding of the CLM market and contract lifecycle process, and his ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, he is an integral part of the Execo leadership team.

As CPO, Niranjan will focus on identifying market opportunities and improving modern contract managed services combining GenAI technology and human resources. He works with Execo's revenue team and partner ecosystem to bring these solutions to market and help deliver measurable and impactful results to customers.

“The addition of Niranjan to the leadership team is a pivotal moment in our journey to redefine contract management through services built into Genai,” said Patrick Linton, CEO of EXECO. “His unrivaled expertise in contract lifecycle management, firsthand experience with expanding technology companies, and his vision for the future align well with what we're building. This is a critical step not only for us but for the entire market as we redefine how GCs, procurement teams, and contract managers can leverage the power of GenAI while maintaining the benefits of deep human expertise and enterprise-grade risk management.”

Niranjan Umalan stated: “I'm excited about Execo's vision. I'm also excited to join the team and contribute to its continued success. “Agreements are business assets that need to be continuously managed and effectively utilized in corporate processes. Businesses need ongoing, on-demand information about contracts. GenAI makes it possible to rethink how contracts work, and when combined with human talent, it is possible to create outcome-based managed services incorporating technology, which customers can use to realize real value.”
