Execo and ContractPodAI build a strategic partnership using Leah Geni's tools to transform legal services

Execo and ContractPodAI have announced a strategic partnership to incorporate Leah's AI technology into Execo's legal services.

NEW YORK, August 6, 2024 — Execo, a next-generation alternative legal services provider, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Contract PodAI, an innovator that developed LEAH, a cutting-edge legal GenAI solution. The partnership incorporates Leah's generative AI capabilities into Execo's robust legal service offerings, providing unprecedented efficiency and reliability to Genai's embedded solutions to legal clients around the world.

With this partnership, Execo has incorporated Leah into service delivery, streamlining contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation and other services, as well as building and launching GenAI “boot camps” at delivery centers in India, Kenya, and the Philippines. It is an extension of an existing “university” curriculum program. This curriculum program recruits promising talent from a field and provides the latest skill sets to work in technology-enabled occupations. Execo is already running its first Leah boot camp for 50 lawyers turned “legal engineers.” These attorneys are now “Leah” and are ready to make a big impact as soon as they deploy to client practice. This move is in line with Execo's strategy of implementing GenAI to significantly improve customer outcomes.

“When thinking about truly incorporating GenAI into the workflow in a way that can measure the return on investment in AI, we wanted to choose a company that has a proven track record and is trusted in the legal tech field. ContractPodAI's leadership in contract lifecycle management software means they're perfectly positioned to lead true GenAI, and combined with our ability to deliver industry-leading results to our clients,” said Patrick Linton, CEO of EXECO. “I can understand why lawyers are skeptical about GenAI. Our focus is on combining our own legal experts with industry-leading GenAI technology to eliminate complexity and “will it work?” It's about answering customer questions such as We're also working to resolve the complexity of choosing an increasingly crowded legal technology environment.”

Anurag Malik, president of ContractPodAI, said: “Partnering with Execo is an incredible opportunity to push the limits of what GenAI can achieve in the legal field. “Leah is designed to transform the efficiency of legal teams and is setting a new standard for the industry by leveraging Execo's superior global talent pool and delivery capabilities.”

This partnership between Execo and ContractPodAI marks a strategic advance in reshaping the way legal professionals interact with ALSP. This collaboration focuses on securing solutions that lawyers can trust by deploying AI where it's most valuable and maintaining human insight in complex legal decisions.
