Courtroom Animation has been a leader in forensic animation services for nearly a decade and specializes in creating visuals for lawyers. Court Room Animation has been in business for close to 10 years. Until now, the company has promoted new businesses through sales and referrals, but these efforts have begun to plateau. Courtroom Animation needed to find new ways to maintain and promote further growth. That management team had begun implementing various marketing strategies, such as writing blog content and posting on social media. However, they were plagued by time constraints and had no strategy to expand and tie their efforts together.

We have begun a partnership with The Framework by Execo. Therefore, we identified and narrowed down the ideal customers Courtroom Animation wanted to target, formalized them into buyer personas, and mapped the buyer journey for each persona. We also conducted sessions to understand the leadership team's key business goals.

From these efforts, we incorporated these goals and customer insights into an actionable marketing strategy and formulated a comprehensive omnichannel strategy. The plan covered everything from SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to offline events and trade shows.

We also helped implement and optimize the entire HubSpot suite to enable lead acquisition, email development, and reporting implementation results. Finally, we audited Courtroom Animation's website and continuously optimized conversion rates beforehand to maximize the number of visitors we get as leads.

Once this work was completed, the strategy was implemented and refined as needed.
